How Long will it Take for my Order to be Shipped?

I will try to get your oder out ASAP but please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped.

Please allow for extra processing time during Easter and Christmas.

Will My order Have Tracking?

Yes, you will be notified of your tracking number once your items have been shipped.

My Order hasn’t Arrived, what should I do?

I am so sorry your order hasn’t arrived yet, if you haven’t already please check your tracking number to see where your order is in the delivery process. If there is still an issue please email admin@hayleyjames.com.au and do what I can to assist you.

How do I take care of my Handmade Items?

I recommend to hand wash the handmade items to make them last as long as possible, however I do understand how messy babies, toddlers and kids can be and hand washing may not be an option all the time, so you can wash your handmade items on a delicate setting in the washing machine in cold water only. Warm water will damage the fabric. Dry in the shade.

Warm Iron on the printed side only. Ironing Minky or any of the fabric used on the backing can damage the fabric.

Can I use Fabric Softener?

Because of the nature of some of the fabric used, it is not recommended to use fabric softener.

The item(s) I want to purchase is out of stock, how long until they are back in stock?

I’m sorry the item(s) you want to purchase are out of stock. I do my best to try and not have them unavailable for long, the handmade items can take a little while to make depending on fabric availability, please get in contact with me on our Contact page and let me know what item your waiting on for an estimated time it will be back in stock.

Can I use the Blanket in the Cot?

I do not recommend leaving anything in the Cot with your baby. Please see https://rednose.org.au/section/safe-sleeping for safe sleeping advice.

I always recommend supervising your infant while using the blankets.
